All purchase collections, by both carriers and individuals, are by appointment. Contact us in advance to let us know your preferred collection time.

Lots can be collected from our gallery at 64 High Street, Royal Tunbridge Wells, TN11YB

Tuesdays & Wednesdays – By appointment only
Thursdays to Saturdays – 10:30am to 4:30pm.

In-Person collection for Furniture Lots:

Collection from our warehouse near Woodham (HP18 0QJ) or Sheering (CM227LL).

Strictly by appointment only, please contact us to arrange.

Notes:

Items can only be released once payment is fully confirmed.

Written confirmation with instructions is required for the release of goods to third-parties // shippers.

Please arrange shipping and collection within two weeks of the auction to avoid storage fees.

If purchased items remain uncollected for an inappropriate period of time after an auction then additional storage fees may be applied (normally £5 per day).
