20th Century French Cartier 18 Carat gold box, thumbpiece set with a cabochon sapphire, the lid is decorated with a miniature in 18th century dress surrounded by laurel leaves.
Hallmarked 18k gold (750), Maker L&N (unknown to me), signed CARTIER PARIS, the box dates to the 1920's.

19th Century French 18K gold snuff box, rectangular shaped, engraved with scrolls and flowers on an engine turned ground, applied with a shell thumbpiece.

19th Century Victorian silver & glass wine jug, the baluster body beautifully hand engraved depicting herds of deer in countryside landscape, the solid silver collar engraved with a floral boarder and mounted with a hinged lid, thumb-piece and an elegant plain handle.
