19th Century Victorian Aesthetic movement silver wine jug, the bulbous body beautifully hand engraved with chinoiserie scenes of nobility in traditional silk dress and a merchant carrying goods suspended over the shoulder, surrounded by bamboo trees in landscape and the beck and spout decorated with 'Kamai' decoration and mounted with an elaborate scroll shaped handle and a hinged lid.

19th Century French silver candlesticks, exceptionally large and heavy gauge, each on shaped-quatrefoil base and embellished with shells and leaves, the cast supporting figures depicting the Goddess Demeter, the Olympian goddess of the harvest and agriculture, presiding over grains and the fertility of the earth, dressed in robes and holding a plentiful cornucopia in one hand and an two handled urn resting on her head.

Hallmarked French silver (950 standard, high grade silver), Paris, year about 1890's, Maker's Alphonse Debain.

19th Century Victorian silver Armada bowl, the body is profusely chased and embossed with a crisp floral decoration, each side features cast applied projecting angels to either side of a vacant cartouche, applied with lion's masks with hanging handles in mouth.

20th Century Art Deco silver plated ‘Zeppelin’ shaped cocktail shaker, of large proportions, the body acting as a shaker, with a slide detachable undercarriage enclosing four spoons, the gilt interior enclosing a detachable strainer, four gilt-lined graduated shot cups, a funnel and a hip flask with screw cap, the tail section unthreading to become a nut, olive or lemon slice dish with a cover.
