A rare rosewood desk attributable to Osvaldo Borsani, made in Italy around the 1950s. This wonderful midcentury desk has a sleek shaped top inset with a black glass writing surface above a kneehole flanked by two banks of parchment fronted drawers. It is a stunning piece of furniture, the three colours (parchment, black glass and walnut) are a superb combination and so defining of the era.
