A spherical Murano glass table lamp in vivid yellow and white twisted spiral banding, presented on a polished metal tripod base. The graphic language is joyful, optimistic and highly contemporary in register, and the object reads as a bold sculptural glass form even before illumination. Decorative value is extremely high in colour forward interiors, post Memphis leaning rooms and contemporary eclectic spaces because the lamp behaves as a piece of modern Venetian pop glass rather than conventional lighting.
