An elegant “fazzoletto“ pendant lamp made by the world renowned glass makers La Murrina. This work of art was realised by the very best maestros in Murano, Venice. It is difficult to overstate the difficulty in realising this lamp which is to be considered more of a work of art than an item for illumination. It consists of a piece of glass, realised entirely by hand, decorated with delicate clear bubbles and opalescent details repeated throughout the the glass shade.
Fazzoletto in Italian means handkerchief and it is admirable how the maestro is able to create the feeling of draped glass. A stunning work of art that looks fantastic in any interior design setting, whether traditional, mid century or modern.
