This sculptural piece features a beautifully curved trunk rising from a wide, coiled circular base, culminating in an abundant canopy of woven palm fronds and hanging banana clusters. The intricate handwoven detailing throughout (particularly in the layered leaves and fruit) demonstrates exceptional craftsmanship and evokes the playful yet refined tropical aesthetic for which Lopez became known.
