A striking vintage Murano glass vase, hand blown on the island of Murano and showcasing the expressive artistry for which Venetian glassmaking is celebrated. The sculptural form features a gently undulating rim and a vibrant composition of multicoloured inclusions suspended within translucent blue glass. Rich tones of red, yellow, green, and gold flecks are layered with fluid internal movement, creating depth and visual energy from every angle.
The surface displays fine bubbles and subtle variations consistent with traditional hand blown techniques, highlighting the individuality of the piece. Murano glass of this type reflects the post war period’s bold experimentation with colour and form, making it both a decorative object and a collectible example of Italian glassmaking heritage.
