19th Century Victorian Silver tea kettle on a four feet burner stand, impressively large and very heavy, the body is chased with scrolls and flowers, typical of the "Louis pattern", the domed hinged cover terminates with a cast finial. The kettle rests on a four-feet stand fitted with a matched burner, magnificent cast feet and applied foliage. Hallmarked English silver (925), kettle and stand Sheffield, year 1855 (M), Maker's mark MH&Co for Martin, Hall & Co, the matched burner London, year 1865 (k), Maker's mark BF for Beare Falcke.

Each part is Hallmarked English silver (925 Standard), kettle and stand Sheffield, year 1855 (M), Maker's mark MH&Co (Martin, Hall & Co), the matched burner London, year 1865 (k), Maker's mark BF (Beare Falcke).
