DESCRIPTION
Antique mid-19th Century Victorian Solid Silver tea kettle on a three feet burner stand, impressively large and heavy, the lobed body is profusely engraved with scrolling foliage, the domed hinged cover terminates with a cast floral finial. The kettle rests on a three-feet stand fitted with the original burner, magnificent cast feet and applied foliage. One side bears a memorial inscription dated 1858.
Each part is Hallmarked English silver (925 Standard), London, year 1857 (b), Maker's mark GA (George Angell).
CONDITION
In Great condition - No damage, just general wear.
