ANTIQUE 20thC ENGLISH SOLID SILVER SMOKER & WRITERS DESK SET, LONDON c.1907

Antique 20th Century English solid silver smokers & writers desk set. Featuring a cut glass with solid silver mounted inkwell with pen rest, a large matchbox holder, cigarette box and large cigar box. Wonderfully made and what is rather a nice touch is each piece features a glass top featuring a fishing fly. A novelty and fun addition to any desk, ideal for writing about "the one that got away", or perhaps "the big catch".

Each piece is hallmarked English solid silver (925 standard), London, year 1907 (m), Maker's mark Gy & Co (Grey & Co).
