DESCRIPTION

Antique 20th Century rare Solid Silver large and heavy three piece tea set, consisting of teapot, sugar bowl and cream jug, each piece features a wonderful and very decorative Louis Style design, the sides are embossed with leaves, flowers and scrolls, cast leaf-capped handles, embellished figural spout, fine quality and very heavy gauge. The teapot has a hinged lid surmounted by a finial realistically modelled like an eagle.

Each piece is Hallmarked English silver (925 Standard), London, year 1925 (k), Maker's mark G&SCoLd (Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co).

CONDITION

In Great Condition - no damage, just general wear.
