ANTIQUE 19thC GEORGIAN SOLID SILVER & CUT GLASS CENTREPIECE, LONDON c.1811
Antique early 19th Century George III impressively centerpiece. The sculptural cast stem modelled as two young cherubs sitting on a tiger supporting an intricately cut glass bowl. The lion, depicted with detailed and realistic fur, bitting onto the clothing of one figure, the centerpiece is supported by a shaped base. Their garments are styled to resemble floral foliage.
