Antique 19th Century Victorian solid silver sugar box, crafted in the shape of a walnut, supported by a stem stand, opens to reveal a hollow interior cavity designed to possibly hold sugar or other sweet conserves. Hallmarked English silver (925 Standard), London, year 1886 (L), Makers mark WL (William Leuchars).
