Antique 19th Century Indian Burmese Solid Silver repousse' bowl, massive size and extremely heavy gauge, parcel gilt inside, crisp decoration featuring particularly detailed hand-embossed scenes depicting Hindu deities fighting and praying. This is one of the largest and most impressive Burmese bowls I have ever seen. The silver is particularly thick and the style is typically Burmese, Hallmarked underneath with stylized foliate bands, acid tested shows a 900+ standard, year about 1890's.
