Applied with a cast figural naga handle and leaf capped spout, cover is surmounted by a half figure in traditional Burmese atire.

Antique early-20th Century Magnificent Burmese, Myanmar solid silver teapot, particularly large and highly-decorative, chased and repoussed with various scenes from Burmese mythology on finely tooled ground. Applied with a cast figural naga handle and leaf capped spout, cover is surmounted by a half figure in traditional Burmese atire. Not hallmarked as if often the case for Burmese silver, but acid tested 900+ grade silver.
