DESCRIPTION

Stunning mid-20th Century rare Chinese Solid Silver tea caddy, richly gilt and beautifully decorated with shiny cloisonne enamel in relief, depicting flowers and trees set with coral and turquoise, wonderful applied filigree work, the body is set with curved jade panels.

The base os stamped "SILVER", acid tested shows a 900+ silver standard. The box features a stunning workmanship, it probably dates to 1950's.
