A lovely pair of Japanese naval bridge “big eye” binoculars by Fuji Meibo, 15 (magnification) x 80 (aperture) on later steel cast stand. Expertly cleaned and hand polished, these exceptional binoculars display entirely original optics in a distinctly Japanese straight- body instrument. Undeniably a true piece of artwork created from steel and aluminium, these binoculars offer astounding visual clarity. They have a sleeker, more modern look than some of the other binoculars of that period and are guaranteed to look incredible in any room or balcony or terrace.
