ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Mauro Manetti was an Italian Mid Century designer and manufacturer best known for his striking objects produced in Florence during the 1950s through to the 1970s. His work is closely associated with the glamour and bold creativity of the Italian modernist movement, combining sculptural form with functional design. Manetti became particularly recognised for his distinctive ice buckets, barware and table accessories modelled as animals, fruit and natural forms, often finished in polished brass, chrome silver or gold plate. These pieces have since become highly sought after for their playful character, refined craftsmanship and strong decorative presence, embodying the confident and luxurious spirit of Mid Century Italian design.
