Vintage 20th Century RAF related wall clock, made in Croydon, England, with a metal case and integral winding key to the reverse. The dial is decorated with red, yellow and blue signal flags arranged amongst the numerals, giving the piece a distinctive military and aeronautical character, while the RAF badge and the date 1965 stamped to the rear further support its Royal Air Force association. Both functional and decorative, it is an evocative mid 20th Century British timepiece.
