Stunning mid-20th Century Italian solid silver-gilt & guilloche enamel trinket box, egg shaped, both side enamelled with vibrant electric blue enamel, underneath stunning engine-turned guilloche design and richly gilt interior. Hallmarked 800 (800+ silver standard), it dates to the 1960's.
