Antique 19th Century pair of German solid silver mounted wine claret jugs, each glass body swirl fluted, lovely silver mount chased with flowers, parcel gilt, organic cast handle embellished with flowers and leaves, hinged lid surmounted by a flower.

Both covers are Hallmarked German silver (800 standard), Heilbronn, year 1890's, Maker's mark for Bruckmann & Sohne (important manufacturer founded in 1806).
