Antique early 20th Century German Imperial Yacht Club trophy with boar’s tooth handles. At the time this trophy was made, members of the Imperial Yacht Club included Emperor Wilhelm II and his brother, Prince Heinrich of Prussia. Following the 1936 Olympic Games, the club was compelled to merge with smaller yacht clubs under the new regime.

Hallmarked to the base German silver (800 standard), Maker's mark WTB (Wilhelm T Binder).
