Antique 19th Century extremely rare Swiss 18k gold automaton erotic seal, The rectangular vacant seal with reeded decoration to the sides, set with the hinged lid, opens to reveal a musical automaton, painted in polychrome enamel, depicting a risque scene of a gentleman with a young lady embracing in a forest, wound and operated by a central wire ball in the handle. These type of Swiss seals are always unmarked, acid tested shows a 750+ gold purity.
