Exceptional 20th Century gem set in 18k two-colour gold brooch, designed as a butterfly, wings set with oval-shaped sapphires, oval-shaped and cabochon rubies and rose-cut diamonds, body of natural saltwater pearl, gold unmarked (tested 18k gold), sapphires (approx 4cts), rubies (approx 4cts), diamonds (approx 5.50cts).
