DESCRIPTION
Shining a light on classic 20th century pieces, the Arco is an iconic piece of Mid-century lighting from Italian designer Achille Castiglioni. With an arching aluminium frame, domed shade and elegantly carved Carrara marble base, this functional floor lamp is a feature of chic living spaces and grand entrances the world over. An iconic design by Achille & Pier Giacomo Castigloni in 1962, the Carrara marble base acts as the perfect counterweight to maintain balance and a low footprint. The hole in the base is specifically designed to allow the user to move the light by inserting a broom handle. The sturdy frame of a floor lamp and the smooth, domed shade of a hanging pendant, the Arco brings grace and functionality to the home.
