20th Century German Empire style silver five-piece tea and coffee set on a tray, comprising of tea kettle, coffee pot, teapot, covered sugar bowl and cream jug on a massive tray, each piece featuring a very decorative Empire style, applied with classical figures and swan-heads, each lid surmounted by an impressive cast eagle finial. Hallmarked with pseudo-marks used in the German city of Hanau (800+ standard), marks for Georg Roth & Co.

19th Century pair of Victorian Silver entree dishes and covers, each of shaped circular form, the bases applied with scrolling foliage and flowers, resting on cast feet, domed covers chased with leaves and flowers, cast handle shaped as a leafy branch. The bases engraved with coat of arms and crest (for the Dunn or Dunne family, motto "Vigilans et Audax") and covers with initials (probably "MSL"). Hallmarked English silver (925), London, year 1855 (u), Maker's mark ISH for John Samuel Hunt.

19th Century Victorian Silver mounted enamelled glass scent bottle, of circular form, blue glass body hand-painted in relief with gilt foliage and coloured butterflies, richly gilt silver mount and hinged lid, the inside stamped "S MORDAN & CO".

20th Century pair of German Silver figural table ornaments modelled as a male fishmonger and a female fruit and vegetable seller, both standing on a large shaped-circular base, each sculpture very large and beautifully modelled, pull-off heads, the base is also applied with barrels chased with fish and fruit. Hallmarked German silver (900+), Hanau, pseudo mark for Neresheimer & Sohne.

19th Century rare Indian Silver three piece tea set, comprising of teapot, sugar bowl and cream jug, each piece finely chased with figures, Hindu deities and animals amongst trees, one side showing a feast with a deity on a swing surrounded by a crowd, the other side representing a man gathering cows, the border engraved with initials. The two scenes probably refer to practices of Hindu religion and tradition.
Hallmarked with the Maker's mark "GRISH CHUNDER DUTT, BHOWANIPORE, CALCUTTA", year about 1890.

Antique 19th Century rare set of four Victorian Solid Silver salts, each richly parcel gilt and resting on three cast feet depicting a peasant sitting on a barrel, embossed and applied with tavern scenes in the style of the Dutch painter David Teniers, imitating the Georgian pieces by Edward Farrell.
