19th Century exceptional Victorian silver-gilt & glass wine ewer, extremely large and decorative, the inverted baluster frosted matt glass body applied with stylised fruiting vines, realistically modelled branch handle and vine embellished cover. Hallmarked English Silver (925), London, year 1843 (h), Maker's mark IM&JSH for John Mortimer & John Samuel Hunt.

20th Century German silver pair of table ornaments representing fighting cockerels, both extremely detailed and ornamental, very naturalistically and well-refined to the last detail. Both Hallmarked 830.

19th Century Indian Colonial silver repousse water jug, the body is profusely and beautifully repousse' decorated with hunting scenes in landscape, the spout terminating in a cows head, the realistically modelled branch handle, entwined with a cobra snake. Bombay style is distinctive in style and combines design elements from; Cutch, Burma, Siam, Bengal and Lucknow regions. Unmarked, but acid tested shows a 900+ silver standard, it dates to 1880's.

Stunning mid-20th Century Continental solid silver large and decorative figure modelled as a parrot, particularly large, very naturalistically well-refined, with spreading wings, depicted perching on the branch of a tree above a marble plinth.

Antique 19th Century Victorian unusual solid silver four piece tea and coffee set, comprising of coffee pot, teapot, sugar bowl and milk jug, each pear-form body is chased and applied with rustic scenes of peasants merry-making, in the style of the Dutch painter David Teniers.
