20th Century Japanese silver 4 piece tea set, embossed with Iris flowers in water in high relief and body applies with bamboo leaves, C-form handles and lids applied with realistically modelled bamboo leaves and iris flower, comes in its original presentation box. Hallmarked Konoike, Yokohama, Jungin mark, (950+ silver).

19th Century Victorian silver Teniers style tea kettle, of inverted pear form, exceptionally large size and outstanding quality, the kettle profusely chased and applied with rustic scenes of Dutch merchants merry-making in a Chinoiserie inspired soroundings, inspired by the Dutch painter David Teniers.

Hallmarked English silver (925), London, year 1840 (C), Maker's mark EF for Edward Farrell.

ANTIQUE 20thC INDIAN SOLID SILVER PRESENTATION TEA TRAY, BOMBAY c.1900

20th Century Indian Colonial silver repousse large tea tray, the border is profusely and beautifully repousse' decorated with hunting scenes in landscape, the twin handles realistically modelled as elephants heads holding flowers. Bombay style is distinctive in style and combines design elements from; Cutch, Burma, Siam, Bengal and Lucknow regions, pieces often made by master silversmith of very high quality. As often the case for Indian silver the set is unmarked, but acid tested shows a 900+ silver standard, it dates to 1900's, the centre bares a later presentation inscription 'With best wishes to Christopher Cookson esq (Lawyer, from Newcastle), from departmental heads of Lakhshimi & Vishnu Mills (Textile factory), Sholapur 1952.

A Silver commemorative Prince of Wales & Lady Diana Spencer Royal Wedding mantle clock with eight day movement, the urn shaped case with gilt urn finial above a chapter ring with black Roman numerals, the body applied with gilt crests, lion masks and chain festoons, on a circular foot with gilt ropetwist border. 19th Century Victorian large & one of a kind regimental royal artillery centrepiece, the uplifted leaf shaped central column terminating with a flared foliate cut glass bowl, sides applied with three cast branches, each supporting on a slender twisted stems cut glass dish with silver bases, leaf column standing on a textured circular base, on three cast scroll feet, the base decorated with well modelled artillery cannon and standing artillery man in full dress holding a ramrod. Hallmarked English silver (925), Birmingham, year 1874 (z), Maker JB&GF for Jonas & George Bowen.
