20th Century French Art Deco 18k gold vanity case, of rectangular form with rounded corners, the lid set with a bamboo leaf shaped jade plaque of Chinese inspiration, gazelle in platinum, set with eight old cut diamonds, the whole box is applied with black lacquer. The push button is set with a baguette shaped jade, inside revealing a sprung lipstick holder and two lidded compartments.
Hallmarked French gold (eagle's head, 750), Maker mark SCA (unknown to me).

20th Century Cartier silver-gilt and enamel flower basket, the woven basket, filled with stylized blue flowers and green leaves interspersed with drilled bead buds, designed and signed by Jane Hutcheson, stamped (Hand Made Sterling), retailed by Cartier and comes with its original box.

20th Century 18k gold & diamond compact, cushion shape, with a reeded design and a large diamond set thumb-piece. Hallmarked French small gold guarantee mark and 18k (owl, 750 standard), Signed VAN CLEEF & ARPELS, NY inventory number 1222, comes in its original leather pouch.
