20th Century Art Deco 18k gold & Lacque Burgaute' vanity case, both sides set with rectangular Lacque Burgaute' panels, beautifully inlaid with shimmering mother of pearl depicting Chinoiserie inspired scenes.
Hallmarked Cartier, year 1925-30, tested 18k gold (750 standard), comes in its original Cartier retail case.

19th Century Continental 18k gold novelty book shaped card box, the lid decorated with a finely hand painted miniature depicting a mother and children, the reverse with a vibrant bouquet of flowers, surrounded by scrolls and multi-coloured enamels, engine-turned decoration on lid, sides and base, within light white and blue boarder. Inside fitted with a spring mechanism and side push button to make the cards pop out, the side mounted with a hinged elaborately designed lock. Hallmarked 750 (750 gold standard).

18th Century French 18k gold & enamel snuff box, of oblong shape, lid, sides and base applied with translucent red / amber enamel panels over a spot and wavy engine-turned ground, the borders chased and enamelled with simulated opals and leaves.
Hallmarked with the maker's mark for Joseph-Etienne Blerzy, charge and discharge of Jean-Baptiste Fouache.
