20th Century George Philip 12 inch library table globe, with eighteen applied coloured printed gores incorporating oval trade label Philips' 12 Inch Library Globe, showing principal steamship routes with distances in nautical miles, other steamship routes, principal railways with distances in statute miles, railways projected, mounted on a brass hour ring and pivots and a wooden stand with coloured paper horizon ring months, zodiac signs and symbols, raised on a turned wooden tripod base.

Antique mid-19th Century Victorian very rare cast iron scale model of the original meter used to measure the amount of gas used at the Crystal Palace, in Hyde Park during the Great Exhibition of 1851. In the Victorian era of innovation and invention this was a state of the art engineering. Gas was predominantly used for heating , lighting and cooking in the huge glass place built in Hyde Park for this extraordinary exhibition.
