Antique early 20th Century Edwardian sturdy wooden chair with turned legs and multiple stretchers with an enamelled sign designed by F East of Dundee advertising Watsons Matchless Soap, circa 1906.

Watsons soap company began in the mid 1800s and became the biggest competitor to William Lever. So much so that they combined companies and held the monopoly in the soap business.
