DESCRIPTION
A very unusual leather day bed or window seat. Made in the latter part of the last century, this wonderful piece of furniture has been hand crafted in England by an excellent furniture maker. Both the seating area and the armrests with buttoned down green leather. The unusual feature of this Chesterfield-style sofa is that both ends can be positioned with two settings: upright or at an incline. The inclined setting allows the user to not only change the look of the sofa but change its use as well, from an attractive seating solution to a very usable day bed for that occasional afternoon nap. A fashionable item of furniture capable of uplifting the interior space of any contemporary or traditional home, the classic colour combining refined elegance and taste.
