ANTIQUE 20thC THAI SOLID SILVER REPOUSSÉ TRAY c.1900

Antique early 20th Century Thai solid silver oval tray, hand crafted and decoated in repoussé. The surface is decorated in high relief with figures, flowers and dense foliage, framed by a boldly detailed border. Each end applied with decorative handles, again modelled with repoussé figures and floral surrounds. Raised on four tapering feet, also chased with foliate ornament, the tray has strong presence and crisp decorative detail throughout. 

Not hallmarked, but has been acid tested and shows 900+ grade silver, dates to the first half of the 20th Century.
